Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty |
| The Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Partnership is set up to conserve and enhance the landscape of the Kent Downs. The Kent Downs are the eastern half of the North Downs covering nearly a quarter of Kent, stretching from the White Cliffs at Dover up to the Surrey and London borders. |

| The East Hampshire Joint Advisory Committee and Sussex Downs Conservation Board were set up in 1991 and 1992 respectively to protect the South Downs which includes the East Hampshire and the Sussex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty |
